Have you ever wanted to be a corporate-level patron of art, commissioning artists to make something that’s all about you, but you don’t have the money? Well, this new Kickstarter from Electric Objects will allow you to become a mini-Medici.
At the completion of the drive, each backer will receive a short survey about who they are, and their answers will be incorporated into four pieces made by Addie Wagenknecht, Casey Reas, James George and Lauren McCarthy. Each of the artists will do something different with the information you provide, like making you the birthday present you always wanted but could never afford. The finished projects will be shown online and at a to-be-determined physical location.
