At an event in London this year, a man named Max Post will debut a hamburger grown from beef stem cells that cost a staggering $325,000 to produce. The New York Times does a good job covering the process and potential for positive environmental impact, but we’d like to know a little more about what the thing tastes like. A few possibilities:

-Like a Slim Jim™ without any spice.

-Like SPAM™ that’s been left out overnight.

-Like Eukanuba™ dog food lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, and thyme.

-Like a Trump Steak™, cooked medium rare, with a touch less lingering shame and evil.

-Indistinguishable from a McDonald’s Quarter Pounder™ with cheese.

The last one looks pretty good. I’m not convinced that shit isn’t stem cell-engineered already. Any more ideas? Leave them in the comments.
