In February, Rhizome — notable not-for-profit organization and new media art platform affiliated with the New Museum — will be hosting a one-day New York symposium dedicated to analyzing today’s emerging trends in e-cigarette and vaporizer technologies, the latter topic widely covered here at ANIMAL.
The organization aims to “read the e-cigarette socially, politically, aesthetically, economically, and against its outmoded grain.”
Rhizome is looking for your contributions and have officially put out an open call for essays, artworks, and any other enlightening takes on the evolution of today’s smoking technologies, so be sure to submit here before November 12th.
