Here’s cell phone footage of a traffic cop dancing jubilantly to Jay Z’s “Tom Ford” and Joe Walsh’s “Life’s Been Good” one wintry morning in Brooklyn. We cant be 100% sure, but it looks a lot like Esther Hines, the dancing crossing guard who’s gotten some local media attention in the past. It’s almost certainly her intersection: Ocean Avenue and Glenwood Road in Ditmas Park. Get down!
