A 22-year-old man was smoking a “pot cigar” on the corner of 10th Avenue and West 39th Street last Saturday night, when he was approached by a police officer. According to the police, he swallowed the “physical evidence” of his alleged infraction, while it was still lit. He is being charged with obstructing governmental administration and tampering with physical evidence, although “the officer did not recover the cigar from Smith’s body,” as the alleged physical evidence was technically obstructing the accused, inside.
Tip to the wise: Stop getting caught allegedly smoking weed outside. Stop blowing yourself up making dabs wrong. Hopefully, New York will finally legalize it soon and we can have the highly profitable legal weed industry that we want.
