Smart Crew’s Jeffrey Gamblero Tribute In Brooklyn Is So Massive, You Can See It From Manhattan

Graffiti collective Smart Crew lost one of its dearest members this week with the passing of Jeffrey KORN Gamblero — also known as the Nets super fan — so the group painted a dedication piece to him at the very edge of India Street in Greenpoint. “Feel free to leave flowers/candles there for Jeff,” wrote Smart on Twitter. It took about eight hours to complete.

The letters spelling out his name and the iconic eyes from his “K” character are so big that they’re visible over half a mile away from Manhattan’s FDR Drive.
