Vicariously Take The ‘Breaking Bad’ Tour of Albuquerque

February 27, 2013 | Eugene Reznik

Brooklyn-based writer Josh Kurp and photographer Nadia Chaudhury set off recently on an independent “Breaking Bad” tour of Albuquerque, New Mexico, which has a lot going for it, like its meth, and a major TV show shot on-location there about its meth. #Meth.

Walter White’s house, Heisenberg’s hat, Los Pollos Hermanos, Skyler’s storage unit, the RV — they seem to spot it all. Somehow they even ran into Bryan Cranston himself, who just happened to be filming “an important, I’m-not-going-to-talk-about-it-in-specifics-because-it’s-a-huge-HOLY-SH*T-spoiler scene.” Because who else could you possibly run into in Albuquerque.
