Bedbugs Found, Exterminated On Three N Trains

August 6, 2014 | Sophie Weiner

Bed bugs were discovered on three different N trains over the last few days. Two trains were taken out of commission on Sunday. A third train was sent to Coney Island to be fumigated yesterday, the Daily News reports.

Some of the tiny blood-sucking insects were discovered in the seat cushions used by train conductors. MTA spokesman Adam Lisberg matter-of-factly stated, “When we found them, we exterminated them.”
