For so many of us, New York City is like that younger sibling you love to rag on but will defend to the death of any non-family member tries to pick on him. Actress Chloe Sevigny, who lives in Brooklyn and got her big break in Manhattan, starred in a cute guide to New York that more or less passes along the same vibe: You’re not a true New Yorker unless you can maintain a healthy skepticism about the city’s weirdness, but you love it anyway. Her guide to the city involves despising Los Angeles, hating tourists (but helping them anyway) and, above all, knowing your bodega’s cat, Ginger.
