Last month at a hotel in Dubai, a Hamas leader was taken out inside the hotel by a team of assassins. After the killing, authorities used local surveillance footage to determine that it was carried out by 11 Israeli agents, and today they released a downright prosecutorial video detailing exactly how it was done. Frankly, it’s riveting. As Gawker’s John Cook put it, it’s “like Munich, but real.”
Welcome to Arizona! The guy on the left is Pastor Steven Anderson and he’s praying for the death of President Obama. But don’t be fooled, he’s got a soft side, admitting it would be best if the country’s first black president died like Senator Kennedy and not his assassinated brothers, “I don’t want him to be a martyr, we don’t need another holiday. I’d like to see him die, like Ted Kennedy, of brain cancer.” In mid-August he delivered this “Why I Hate Back Obama” sermon. The guy on the right is Christopher Broughton, a parishioner of Anderson’s who recently carried an AR-15 outside of the Phoenix Convention Center while the president gave a speech on health care. After serving more than three decades in prison, the woman who tried to assassinate President Gerald Ford and failed has been released. In 1975, Lynette ‘Squeaky’ Fromme dressed like a nun and pulled out a .45 Colt semi-automatic pistol on Ford, but couldn’t blast him because there were no rounds in the chamber—total amateur.
