Dick’s, a major sporting goods chain in New Jersey is acting like a bunch of pussies and plans to “evaluate the reaction of Eagle fans” before it carries Michael Vick jerseys reports Fox News. They’re worried how football fans, the shining beacons of morality, will respond. While they make up their mind, the Philadelphia Eagles will gladly sell you or your dog a jersey.
Earlier this week, the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals fired off a letter to the NFL requesting that Michael Vick be “subjected to a psychological test as well as an MRI brain scan” in an effort to prove whether or not he’s a “clinical psychopath.” The radical, human-hating group is also demanding that he take part in a series of anti-dog fighting spots as long as he passes the mental capacity test. So basically, PETA is against all and any type of animal testing, but subjecting humans to unfair or invasive interrogations, no problem.
