Today marks the one week anniversary of the murder of Oreo, a sassy pit bull that was tossed off a building and survived only to be killed by the ASPCA after they physically rehabilitated her. They said it was the humane thing to do. Gone, but not forgotten. RIP Oreo!
Jane Hoffman, president of the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals, released a statement supporting the ASPCA and their murderously humane treatment of Oreo, the female pit bull with a slight chip on her shoulder, who was euthanized last Friday despite pleas from the public and an animal sanctuary to take the dog in. We have some sad news. Oreo was not granted amnesty by the ASPCA and the so-called animal welfare group did the only humane thing they could think of: they killed it. RIP!
Poor Oreo. First, the pit bull survives getting tossed off a building in June by its asshole owner. Then she underwent surgery to reconstruct her front legs with plates and screws.
