WHOA WHOA WHOA!!! Here I was running around most of the night doing errand-type stuff when I came home at 11:30 or so and turned on Letterman, totally unaware that he was about to drop an atom bomb on us all. The story in a nutshell: Dave’s done some bad things, including boning multiple nice ladies who work for him, and someone with knowledge of his proclivity for boning female employees approached him and demanded $2-million to keep quiet about. Letterman detailed how he went to the authorities, resulting in the blackmailer being arrested today, a person CBS is now saying was an employee of the network working on the 48 Hours program.
