There are many reasons why the New Orleans Times Picayune is a great newspaper, and this is one of them: the paper’s website, Nola.com, has this “Your Photos” function where visitors to the site can upload their own pictures onto the website. And it appears as though this nice young lady, with the assistance of a cop no less, decided to mount a Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department cruiser and share her photos with the Times Pic’s readership.
