It’s unfathomable how Democrats haven’t pounced on Republicans for the union busting going on in Wisconsin. Instead they’ve gone missing. How is this the right message to send? The DNC should be staging daily photo ops, press conferences, and cementing themselves as the real ally of the working class. It should also be running ads like this.
The Freemason license plate conspiracy grows. After Idaho granted the fraternal organization their own vanity plates, Wisconsin has done the same.
In a shockingly egregious abuse of the First Amendment and probably some other laws, police in Wisconsin illegally trespassed onto a businessman’s property to confiscate the American flag he was flying upside down in a liquor license protest. With the advice of the local Constitution-hating district attorney, four officers removed the Stars and Stripes hours before a 4th of July parade and returned it the following day. The man happened to be an Iraq War veteran which always seems to make it even more shameful. |Washington Post|

President Obama left some words of encouragement for students at Southwest High School in Greenbay, Wisconsin where he attended a town hall meeting on healthcare earlier this month. Giving in to pressure from teachers on staff, the President tagged the wall like a graffiti writer with his signature and the words: “Dream Big Dreams!”
