Perhaps this little kitty just read in PopSci that he can in fact get high by smoking weed. Never mind that magazine’s assertion that cannabis can cause “considerable anxiety” in animals, this cat just wants get high It’s only natural, that he’d want to do a few practice runs on the ol’ vacuum cleaner before stepping up to the real thing. Either that, or there’s some food stuck in the tube.
