In April, the Brush Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas will be exhibiting “two dozen never-before-exhibited portraits painted by President Bush.”
The announcement was made a month after the arrest of hacker Guccifer, who famously first leaked George W’s bad paintings. The bad paintings were of cats and dogs, mostly but also some bath-time self-portraits which reminded me of Frida Kahlo’s What I Saw in the Water (1938), because I was severely hungover.
The exhibit’s name is quite the pile of puns — “The Art of Leadership: A President’s Personal Diplomacy.” This is happening. No trolling this time.
