Anthony “Geezy” Gonzalez, the former manager of cocaine rappers Clipse, is facing 82 charges for drug trafficking. Gonzalez is accused of leading a $10 million drug ring that moved “more than a ton of marijuana and 100 pounds of cocaine since 2003.” |MTV|

KAWS Takes Extra Credit On Clipse Release

When it was announced that KAWS was working with the Clipse on their latest release, Til The Casket Drops, we knew there would be cover art for the singles and album. But we never imagined that KAWS would get top billing with the rappers who made the track for just dropping his cross-eyed clip art over their logo. It seems as though Clipse worked the whole Pharrell x KAWS connection and lured the cool guy Hip Hop scene’s favorite artist into doing some work for the VA-beach duo’s upcoming projects. Pusha T, talks about the Clipse’s forthcoming album and mentions that KAWS will lend art to the album, much like he did to Kanye’s tear-jerking 808s and Heartbreak album.
