A few years ago it was much cooler to perform for brutal dictators, but with Libya undergoing the whole revolution thing and the regime mercilessly killing its people, some pop stars are rethinking the large sums of money they were given by the Gaddafi family to perform at various private parties. Singer Nelly Furtado stepped up and on Twitter announced she’s donating the million dollars she was paid for a 45 minute performance in 2007 to charity. So who’s next, Beyonce, Mariah Carey or Usher?

A British talk show host who recently had Mariah Carey on as a guest is dishing about how much of an unrelenting diva she is. Among the revelations: Mariah travels with her own toilet paper and refuses to wipe her ass with anything else, she required two assistants to “lower” her ballooning frame onto a couch, and that she had an entourage that was bigger than the production crew working on the show. Mariah Carey Has Packed On A Few Pounds
Mariah Carey, who has obviously added a few pounds recently, shot a video yesterday on the beach in Malibu. Naturally, Mariah’s “people” and the director shooting the video thought that it’d be a fabulous idea to outfit Mrs. Nick Cannon in a skimpy bathing suit that exposed a great deal of flesh.
