Last month’s crash between a pedicab and taxi cab in Williamsburg focused the city’s attention on passing regulations that the pedicab industry has been asking for the last five years. The City Council passed a bill to license, require safety training, as well as ban pedicabs from bridges and tunnels. |NYP|
