REVOK Arrested for Like the Millionth Time

The Los Angeles Times is reporting that MOCA contributor and graffiti artist REVOK was arrested on Thursday while attempting to board a flight out of LAX to Ireland, but it wasn’t for any new acts of vandalism, he had an outstanding warrant. His bail was set at a whopping $320,000 which is $300k more than his last bullshit arrest in ’09 and as LA Taco notes, higher than both a child molester and corrupt public official’s combined. REVOK Arrested Again in Los Angeles

Graffiti writer REVOK was arrested yesterday in Los Angeles, less than a month after he was busted in Australia for tweeting too hard. Los Angeles authorities, who arrested the 32-year-old artist last year, “found him carrying spray tips” and took him into custody during a Montana-sponsored exhibition at Mid-City Arts & 33Third Gallery, which he was paid $1000 to attend. Greek Plane Bombed

A Greek jetliner has been reportedly tagged by graffiti writers. In photos posted by oversharing graffiti writer REVOK, the words “Stay High” are seen painted along the aircraft’s wing where markings for Olympic Airlines have were covered up since the carrier shut down. Scarce on details, this news is all the more intriguing being reported by REVOK, one of the vandals who was shortchanged for his work on Marc Ecko’s Air Force One tag hoax.

After Arrest, REVOK Resumes Oversharing

Ready and waiting, the Australian media greeted oversharing graffiti writer REVOK upon his release from jail. Last week, the Los Angeles-based vandal was caught by Melbourne police after broadcasting his criminal behavior online, even tweeting his escape plans.
