Donnell Barden,42, is a resident of Flatbush and presumably, a heartless asshole. He was arrested this week for allegedly setting his pit bull loose on other dogs at Prospect Park. In at least one instance, witnesses said even he got in on the violence himself and stabbed a pooch with an ice pick. ANIMAL spoke to dog owners about the news.
