To mark the second anniversary of Occupy Wall Street, documentarian Paul Sullivan released this film he made of the protests and police response that happened last year. The footage is infuriating, as cops repeatedly violently grab peaceful protesters out of the crowd, throw them to the ground, and cuff them. At the end of the film, Sullivan himself was arrested after a cop threatened to “break [his] fucking jaw” and “kill him.” Charges against him were eventually dropped.
