You watch a tremendous amount of porn. You already know this. But you probably took a break from your filthy habit for a few hours last night to watch the Seahawks thoroughly spank the Broncos, especially if you’re from either team’s home city.
PornHub did one of its statistics dumps today, charting the citizens of Colorado and Washington’s viewing habits during the Super Bowl last night. No surprises: people weren’t watching porn while the teams played — there was a 51 percent drop in Denver and a 61 percent drop in Seattle while the game was on.
What happened after the game was more interesting. In Denver, there was an 11 percent spike, as presumably sad fans flocked back to masturbation’s warm embrace, while in Seattle, where the party was raging, viewing stayed low.
By 1AM, however, the game was in the rearview, and was righted in the world. People in both cities, as well as New York, were slowly returned to their pre-Super Bowl porn levels. Read Pornhub’s full, comprehensive report here.
