The mountain that sat atop Pharrell Williams’ head at the Grammys could be yours for a mere $10,500. The producer is auctioning off his massive headgear on eBay to benefit his charity From One Hand to Another, with bidding open until March 2. He’s even made a (quite funny!) YouTube video about it.
We’ll probably never know, but I like the idea that Pharrell wore the hat knowing he’d be selling it for charity down the road. Of course the media (ANIMAL included) would eat up such a goofy fashion story, and now, every blog post written about it is free promotion for the auction. Also: what’s he going to do with the gray one?
