Last we heard from Allen Henson, the boob-friendly photographer was under threat of a lawsuit from the Empire State Building’s ownership after he published photos of a topless model atop the iconic structure. He hasn’t let the legal action dampen his appetite for public breasts, however, and posted the above photo of trans model Sarina Thai posing topless in front of the Flatiron Building over the weekend. He also shot Thai at Grand Central Station, where he encountered some trouble from police.
