The above documentary from VICE introduces the world to Paul Perito, a fantastically fast-talking Miami urologist who specializes in dick implants.
The procedure is positioned as a cure for erectile dysfunction. Having trouble getting it up? Just give the ol’ “third testicle” as a squeeze — actually a small pump inserted in the scrotum — to inflate the implant. As it fills with air, a cylinder in the shaft gets hard, and before you know it, you have, in Dr. Perito’s words, a “penetrating, erect penis.”
We also meet some enthusiastic patients, and a woman who had her inner thigh tattooed to commemorate her husband’s implant: “Truley Blessed.”
