Thanks to new laws that require Canadian medical cannabis patients to buy their herb from large-scale, federally approved operations, the door is wide open for big-time growers. Tweed Marijuana, one such company, operates out of a converted Hershey’s plant in a small Ontario town called Smiths Falls, and is permitted to hold 15,000 kilograms of weed.
