Chocolate Surprise Eggs Finally Legal in US

Finally, delicious chocolate eggs with neat little toys inside have been freed from the oppressive binds of the Food and Drug Administration. To get around the FDA rule that prohibits Kinder’s famous eggs, which bars foods sold with “non-nutritive objects” completely encased inside (choking hazard, natch), a brand called Choco Treasure developed a new, U.S. only item, featuring a larger toy container that’s completely visible between two chocolate half eggs. It looks like this:

Not quite as aesthetically pleasing as the original, but it’ll do. Available now through Choco Treasure’s site.
