Noted blowhard Peter King will be participating in a two-round boxing match on Saturday in Wantagh. King’s opponent will be Josh Foley, a New York state kickboxing champion.
To some extent, this bout is an attempt to get some press, but not totally. King’s known as a big fan of boxing. Regardless of the dog-and-pony-show factor, Foley’s being handed an enviable opportunity: Punching Peter King in the face with no consequences. Even if he doesn’t hit with 100% force, it’s still something you can root for.
