Afroduck, the maniac who set a record-breaking lap around Manhattan and was subsequently arrested by the NYPD, has uploaded a video of a plain-clothes cop trying to beat his time. And the winner is… Afroduck.
For the record, the police officer never seems to exceed the speed limit and never runs a red light — clocking in at a little over 47 minutes. Afroduck did it in 24:07 while speeding most of the time (never over 100mph) but only running one red light. Of course that’s dangerous, but the old video is still impressive for how in control he is as a driver, and thankfully, no one was harmed.
It doesn’t seem like Afroduck is saying “look at this copycat cop” as much as “haha I did it in half the time.” You can see the cop fail above and check out the still undefeated lap here. (Photo: Afroduck)
