The couple that bombs together, stays together and now that UTAH and ETHER are both out of jail, they decided to combine their sites into one, www.utahether.com, so they can lovingly taunt authorities with their prolific public enhancements together. And they’re timing could have been better. The duo have a new book out called Probation Vacation. It features evidence photos that “until now, have been viewed by only their closest confidants.”
UTAH: Vandal, Ex-con, Streetwear Model

Danielle Bremer, better known by her vandalistic alter ego UTAH, is the globe trotting graffiti writer who was incarcerated at Rikers Island for adorning NYC with her name and as you can see, she’s still flaunting her style, but in this case, by way of her vegan-toned body and not spray paint. She is the face of CLAW Money’s latest line and for the first time on this website, we’re ogling more than just her graffiti.
After surviving the veganless hell that was Rikers Island and doing another six months in Boston, Danielle Bremner aka UTAH aka the globetrotting female graffiti writer who wreaked international havoc is FREE! CLAW asked her a bunch of questions about graffiti, jail, and her future plans, like blogging! Now that she can proudly show off and take credit for all her exploits, it was inevitable. |Blogue|

Banksy Places Osama Just Outside Salt Lake City

Moving away from the streets of Park City and Salt Lake City, a new piece by Banksy featuring America’s favorite terrorist popped up in the very natural surroundings of City Creek—for the record, Mormons gotta chill with using “City” in every location name. Also, good luck trying to cut this one out and sell it. Far away shot below. Read more »
Globetrotting graffiti writer UTAH is heading back to jail for another six months. Recently released from vegan unfriendly Riker’s Island, the Queens-based writer was sentenced this morning in Boston Municipal Court after pleading guilty to more than a dozen vandalism charges. According to the Boston Herald, she was also ordered to complete five years of probation, undergo a mental health evaluation and make restitution payments. And like convicted vandal Shepard Fairey, the 27-year-old vandal was ordered to stop messing with Boston, except she’s been banished entirely. |Boston Herald|

Globetrotting graffiti writer UTAH has been locked up for months, but she was only officially sentenced today for her crimes in Queens. In a press release, the District Attorney’s office trumped the previously announced sentencing covering her charges throughout the boroughs: $10k in restitution to the MTA, a six month prison sentence on the vegan unfriendly Riker’s Island, as well as five years probation. Additionally, the announcement offered insight into the preferred tools of the trade for “so-called graffiti ‘artists’ and their ego-driven vandalism of public property,” as Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown puts it: Read more »
A word of warning to vegan graffiti writers: don’t get caught in New York City. Graffiti bomber turned designer CLAW paid a friendly visit to UTAH, who is recently incarcerated on Riker’s Island, and twitters: “She said it’s not so bad, like a ghetto sleepaway camp. Suave shamps. She is starving b/c she is vegan. No tempeh on the island apparently.” According to the Department of Corrections, inmates with special dietary needs have to go to the clinic and get the nutrionist to issue a special id card. Apparently that’s easier said than done. Read more »
Yesterday in a Manhattan courtroom, “globetrotting graffiti artist” UTAH plead guilty to charges for tagging subway cars and was sentenced to six months in jail. As part of her plea agreement covering cases in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, the Queens-based writer will also pay $10,000 in restitution. Graffiti related charges are still pending against UTAH in Boston, as well against her boyfriend, ETHER, who she was arrested with last August when they returned to the States from a European bombing tour. |NYDN|
