Seeing empty Citi Bike docks is a beautiful thing. It means the program is a success and people are cruising around our great metropolis without polluting. Here’s some photos I shot over a period of week, because finding a dock without any bikes wasn’t as easy as the Daily News reported. If it wasn’t for the app that shows real time availability–something the tabloid should have downloaded before it set out to test bike share–it could have taken even longer.
