Here’s What Happens in the Subway When a Water Main Breaks

As proof that they’re not just disrupting service on the N, Q and R lines to screw you, the MTA has released this video to show what’s happening right now at the 23rd Street subway station.

Around 10:45 am, a 36″ water main broke near 25th Street and Broadway. In addition to transportation failure, according to the Atlantic, “Lower Manhattan Can’t Go to the Bathroom Right Now.” Twitter has the rest of the story.
