New Jersey Town Overrun With Coyotes

April 21, 2015 | Liam Mathews

On the night of April 19, Norwood, New Jersey resident Stephen Sinisi was attacked by a coyote while he walked his dog. The next day, CBS New York reports, animal control officers captured an aggressive coyote, but it was from a different pack, as the officers discovered two separate dens. Norwood is under siege from two packs of angry coyotes.

After two separate coyote sightings in Manhattan and Queens in the past few weeks, it’s fair to say that coyotes are taking over the New York metro area. That howling you hear? They’re coming for you.
